Anne's Vegetable Dip

Serves: 2 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlHomemade mayonnaise
1 cup 237mlSour cream
1 cup 237mlGarlic clove - - peeled and finely chopped (large)
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
  Chopped fresh parsley to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients. Pour into serving bowl, cover and chill until serving time. The flavor improves if this is made ahead of time and gets to sit for awhile.

To serve, garnish with chopped parsley.
