2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter - cut up |
1 cup | 237ml | Warm water |
(use French bread selection)
I have DAK so this is for a pretty big loaf. Other machines may have to cut this down by about a 1/3 for all ingredients.
