Garlic cloves | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soda |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
2/3 lb | 302g / 10oz | Ground pork |
In blender, make a thin water and garlic paste.
Add beef stock, salt, soda, and spices.
Mix well. Add meats. Mix.
Can be stuffed into casings or formed into patties.
