Beans 'n Rice Skillet

Recipe Ingredients

  Sauce
1 cup 237mlWater
1/2 cup 118mlThick and chunky salsa
2   No-salt-added - (8 oz)
  Tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups 240g / 8.5ozUncooked instant white rice
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFrozen whole kernel corn
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped red bell pepper
1   Black beans - drained
  And rinsed

Recipe Instructions

Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil.

Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
