2   Seedless oranges - peeled and cored
2   Apples; peeled - cored
2   Bananas - sliced
2 cups 292g / 10ozPitted dates; chopped
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDried figs; chopped - or apricot
1 cup 237mlOrange juice
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozAlmonds - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Here is a Sephardic Tu B'Shevat recipe.

Place fruit in serving bowl. Pour orange juice over fruit and mix gently.

Garnish with almonds or coconut. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
