Oven "Fried" Hoki For Four

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozSkinless hoki fillets
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/4 cup 59mlEvaporated skim milk
2/3 cup 41g / 1.4ozCorn flake crumbs
2 teaspoons 10mlVegetable oil

Recipe Instructions

Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Dip fillets in milk, then roll in crumbs. Spray baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange fillets in pan and drizzle with oil.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
