1/4 lb 113g / 4ozEnglish cucumber - cut into `/3-inch
  Dice (1 cup)
1   Red bell pepper - cut into 1/3-inch
  Dice
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped red onion
4 cups 948mlShredded romaine
1 cup 237mlRadish sprouts
1/3 cup 5.3g / 0.2ozChopped fresh cilantro teaspoons
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlCumin seeds - toasted

Recipe Instructions

Make dressing: Puree dressing ingredients in a blender.

Assemble salad: Just belore serving, toss together salad ingredients,

dressing, and salt and pepper to taste.
