Chicken Fennel Salad Sandwiches (4 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozChopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDiced fennel bulb
1/3 cup 78mlFat-free creamy cucumber salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly ground pepper
8   Slic multi-grain bread - toasted
1 cup 237mlAlfalfa sprouts

Recipe Instructions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Divide mixture evenly

among 4 slices bread; top with alfalfa sprouts and remaining bread.
