Breakfast Pizza

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozBulk pork sausage - browned
1   Refrigerated crescent rolls - (8)
1 cup 237mlFrozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes - t
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded sharp cheddar cheese - (4 oz.)
5   Eggs
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Brown sausage and drain off fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust, seal perforations.

Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
