"Les Fines Herbes" Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweet basil |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Chervil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sweet marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Rosemary |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tarragon |
Mix thoroughly, make it as fine as possible (in a food processor if you like) and store in a lidded jar.
Use sparingly.
