Whoopee Pie (Filling) Recipe - Cooking Index
|1 3/4 cups||346g / 12oz||Confectioner's sugar|
|1/4 lb||113g / 4oz||Butter|
|2 teaspoons||10ml||Milk, add up to 3 tsp|
In electric mixer beat butter until fluffy, add confectioner's sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until fluffy.
Spread in the middle of two whoopee pie cakes.
