1 | Devil's food cake mix without pudding | |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1 | Egg | |
1 | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into paper-lined cups, filling two thirds full.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg, beating well; stir in chocolate chips. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into the center of each cupcake.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
Yields about 30.
