Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chocolate wafer crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese - softened |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Unbleached all-purpose flour |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Eggs (large) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 237ml | Mini semisweet chips |
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.
Bake at 350F for 55 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
