Black Bean Salsa - 1

1   Chile - poblano
  Peeled - stemmed
  And diced
2 cups 320g / 11ozBeans - black, cooked
  Rinsed
2 tablespoons 30mlJuice - pomegranate, fresh
1/4 cup 59mlBell peppers - red
  Stemmed - seeded, diced
1/4 cup 59mlBell peppers - yellow
  Stemmed - seeded, diced
2   Garlic cloves - roasted
  Peeled - chopped
1   Onion - white
  (3/4" inch) - roasted and chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlChiles chipotle en adobo - (canned)
1 tablespoon 15mlCilantro - fresh, chopped
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCumin seed - toasted
  Salt

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in non-reactive bowl; toss briefly in sautee pan over medium heat; salt to taste.
