Snappy Seafood Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Medium pasta shells - uncooked |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili sauce or cocktail sauce |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Small pitted ripe olives |
3 cups | 711ml | Bite-size lettuce pieces |
8 oz | 227g | Imitation crabmeat |
1 oz | 28g | Tomato - cut into 8 wedges (small) |
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Rinse with cold water drain.
Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in large bowl.
Add pasta and olives, toss. Add lettuce and seafood, toss. Serve with tomato wedges.
