1 | Young red radishes | |
1 | White radishes - scraped | |
1/2 | Grated raw young carrots | |
1/2 | Sour cream | |
Sugar - to taste | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Lettuce leaves | ||
Parsley - chopped | ||
Fresh dill - optional |
Trim red radishes; cut off roots and green leaves. Slice red and white radishes very thin.
Combine vegetables, reserving a small amount of carrot to trim the salad when served.
Mix sour cream with sugar and salt. Add vegetables; stir well.
Make a mound of the salad in a salad bowl.
Trim with lettuce leaves and small mounds of carrot.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and dill if to your taste.
Serve chilled.
