12 oz | 340g | Cooked ground beef |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ricotta |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Canned spinach |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley |
4 oz | 113g | Mozzarella - shredded |
Ww spaghetti sauce |
In a blender combine ricotta, spinach, salt and parsley. Stuff shells with 1 tb. ricotta mixture, 3/4 oz. beef, 1/4 oz. mozzarella and top with large heaping tb. of spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, covered. Each serving = 1 bread, 3 1/2 proteins, 1 veggie.
