Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

4   Ripe tomatoes - coarsely chopped
2   Celery stalks - coarsely chopped
1   Onion - coarsely chopped (medium)
1/2 cup 118mlKetchup
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated fresh or prepared horseradish
1   Lemon - juiced
2 teaspoons 10mlHot sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
1   Pepper vodka
1 teaspoon 5mlCelery seed
  Sea salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine the tomatoes, celery, and onion in a blender and puree to break the vegetables down. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.

Chill before serving with a raw seafood bar.

This recipe yields 4 cups.
