Tabasco Flavored Bourbon Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Bourbon whiskey - (16 oz)
6 tablespoons	90ml	Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons	90ml	Sour cream
3 tablespoons	45ml	Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Recipe Instructions

In a medium gauge saucepot reduce the bourbon to 2 1/2 ounces. Cool and set aside.

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Add the bourbon reduction. Hold chilled.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
