Easy Guacamole Ice Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Ripe avocados - peeled, pitted | |
| 1 | Sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz) | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
| 1 | Container whipped topping - (12 oz) - thawed |
Blend avocados, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce until smooth in food processor or blender.
Carefully blend avocado mixture and whipped topping in large bowl. Cover and freeze until firm, stirring once.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
