Fresh Goat Cheese, Pears And Candied Walnuts With Lavender H

Recipe Ingredients

12   Fresh goat cheese rounds - (abt 1 oz ea) (small)
3/4 cup 177mlLavender honey (or use regular honey)
1/2 cup 118mlCandied walnuts
3   Fresh pears, preferably Bosc - cored, and
  Cut into 1/8" thick slices

Recipe Instructions

Place 2 goat cheese rounds on each plate. Pour 1 tablespoon of the honey over each round. Scatter 5 or 6 nuts over and around the cheese, and arrange several pear slices around each plate.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
