Salmon Tartare In A Martini Glass

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozSalmon - cut 1/4" dice
2 tablespoons 30mlDijon mustard
2 tablespoons 30mlPureed canned chipotles
1/4 cup 59mlCapers - drained
1/4 cup 59mlScallions
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
3 tablespoons 45mlFinely-chopped cilantro
1/4 cup 59mlTequila
8   Fried tarro chips (store bought in bag)
  Cilantro leaves

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except tequila and chips in a medium bowl. Divide tartare among martini glasses, drizzle with tequila and garnish with chips and cilantro leaves.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
