5 teaspoons 25mlSalt
5 teaspoons 25mlFennel seed
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlCrushed hot pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlPepper - black
1 cup 237ml-- water

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties. To cook, fry or bake.
