1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1 | Chopped stewed tomatoes - (15 oz) | |
1 | Chopped tomatoes - (15 oz) | |
1 | Mild green chiles - (4 oz) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green bell pepper |
1 | Taco seasoning mix | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raw converted rice |
Brown the ground beef with chopped onion; drain. In a 3 1/2-quart (or larger) crockpot, combine the meat mixture with the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
