"Colorful" Chicken And Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
|1 cup||160g / 5.6oz||Uncooked rice|
|2||Boneless chicken breasts|
|1||Cream of chicken soup|
|1||Cream of mushroom soup|
|2 cups||474ml||Water (or white wine or sherry)|
|1||Dry onion soup mix|
|Any or all of the following:|
|1||Carrot - sliced into pennies (large)|
|1 cup||160g / 5.6oz||Cut-up fresh green beans|
|1 cup||146g / 5.1oz||Green pepper - chopped (medium)|
|1||Corn - drained|
Place rice in bottom of crockpot. Pour water over rice.
Mix canned soups and dry soup mix in a bowl, pour over top of rice. Add chopped veggies. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
