Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Boneless chicken breast halves | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Pace picante sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Light brown sugar - (packed) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Hot cooked rice |
Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
