Horseradish Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
This recipe is an accompaniment for "Roast Prime Rib With Madeira Sauce And Horseradish Sauce" (see recipe).
Courses: Sauces1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Crème fraîche or sour cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Prepared white horseradish |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Chopped fresh chives |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Whisk all ingredients to blend in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
