Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 198g / 7ozEgg Beaters 99% egg substitute - (equal to 4 eggs)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
  (or substitute 15 packets Equal sweetener)
3 tablespoons 45mlFlour
5 cups 1185mlSkim milk - scalded
1 tablespoon 15mlVanilla

Recipe Instructions

Mix Egg Beaters, sugar, and flour. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened (consistency of soft custard). Cool and flavor with vanilla. Freeze in 1/2 gallon hand crank or electric ice cream freezer.

Serving size is 1 cup.
