Orangeman's Stuffing (for a 6-lb goose)

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozButter or chicken fat
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried savory
1   Bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - (to 3/4 tspn)
1 cup 237mlOrange slices
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Melt fat and cook onion in it for a few minutes; soften, do not brown. Add savory, crumbs, salt, and orange, and mix well but lightly. Season with pepper to taste.
