2 oz 56gThinly-sliced cooked roast beef, turkey,
  Or ham
8   Bite Size Herb Biscuits - split - see * Note
  Cheese - sliced very thin
  Prepared horseradish sauce or honey
  Mustard

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Bite Size Herb Biscuits" recipe which is included in this collection.

Divide the meat, cut to fit, among 8 of the biscuit bottoms. Top each with a very thin slice of desired cheese, a dab of purchased horseradish sauce or honey mustard, and the biscuit tops.
