Papaya Tomatillo Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
|1 teaspoon||5ml||Papaya, peeled, seeded - coarsely chopped (large)|
|4 teaspoons||20ml||Tomatillos, husked - coarsely chopped (medium)|
|2 tablespoons||30ml||Red onion, finely diced|
|1 tablespoon||15ml||Minced jalapeno|
|1/4 cup||59ml||Fresh lime juice|
|1/4 cup||4g / 0.1oz||Cilantro, coarsely chopped|
|Black pepper, freshly ground|
Combine the papaya, tomatillos, onions, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Yield: about 3 cups
