Recipe Ingredients

1/3 lb 151g / 5.3ozGround round
1/3 lb 151g / 5.3ozChorizo - (Mexican sausage)
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozOnions - diced
2 cups 292g / 10ozCheddar cheese - low sodium, shredded
1   Refried beans
1   Chopped green chiles
1 cup 237mlGreen chile enchilada sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlSour cream
4 oz 113gGuacamole

Recipe Instructions

In a skillet, brown beef, chorizo and onions together; drain all possible fat.

In a casserole dish, layer in this order: beans, meats, cheese, chiles, and enchilada sauce. Cover and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and guacamole.

Serve at once.
