Artichokes With Vinaigrette

4 teaspoons 20mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDry mustard
1/3 cup 78mlOlive oil
4 cups 948mlCalifornia artichokes - prepared and cooked (medium)
  For whole - artichokes

Recipe Instructions

(From the California Artichoke Advisry Board.) Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add oil until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
