Pureed Tomato Salsa Cruda Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Italian Roma tomatoes - cored, quartered | |
1 | Serrano chiles, stemmed - seeded if desired, and sliced | |
Juice of 1 lime | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
This recipe yields 3/4 cup of salsa.
