Creamy Cabbage Slaw

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups	1422ml	Shredded cabbage
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Sliced green onion
1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
		(or mayonnaise-type salad dressing)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Vinegar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Celery seed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt

Recipe Instructions

Combine cabbage and green onion. Chill. Blend mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed and salt, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, toss mayonnaise mixture lightly with cabbage mixture.

Yield: 10 servings.
