Alligator Sausage And Crawfish Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozAlligator sausage - crumble, Brown - drain
1 lb 454g / 16ozCrawfish tails
1 lb 454g / 16ozSmoked sausage - sliced
2 cups 320g / 11ozConverted long-grain rice
10 oz 284gCanned rotelle tomatoes/with chiles
1 can  Onion soup
1   Beef consomme
1   Green onions - chopped
1 lb 454g / 16ozMushrooms - sliced
10   Garlic - minced
2   Bay leaves
1 tablespoon 15mlCreole seasoning
1 tablespoon 15mlBlack pepper
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozButter or margarine

Recipe Instructions

Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350F oven for 1 hour.  After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time.

Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
