|2 lbs||908g / 32oz||Flank steak|
|1 cup||237ml||Fat-free Western dressing|
|1/4 cup||59ml||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||30ml||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 teaspoon||2.5ml||Chili powder|
|1/2 teaspoon||2.5ml||Minced onion|
|1/2 teaspoon||2.5ml||Liquid smoke|
|1/4 teaspoon||1.3ml||Garlic powder|
|1||Freshly-ground black pepper|
Combine all ingredients and place into plastic bag. Marinate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove flank steak from bag and grill or boil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
