|1 1/4 lbs||567g / 20oz||Unsalted almonds|
|3 tablespoons||45ml||Coarsely-chopped fresh rosemary leaves|
|3 teaspoons||15ml||Dark brown sugar - (firmly packed)|
|3 teaspoons||15ml||Coarse salt|
|1 tablespoon||15ml||Unsalted butter - melted|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.
This recipe yields 4 cups.
