4 | Apples - peeled and sliced | |
1 | Can crushed pineapple - drained | |
1 | Package macaroni rings - cooked & cooled | |
1 | Pint whipping cream | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
4 | Eggs - beaten | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
Cook the sugar, eggs, and flour until thick. Pour the mixture above over the mixed apples, pineapple, and macaron rings. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, whip the cream and fold into mixture above. Cherries and/or chopped walnuts may be added if desired.
