5 teaspoons | 25ml | Molasses |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Bread Flour |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Rye Flour |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Unsweetened Cocoa |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Caraway seeds |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast |
Put the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast).
Use basic bread cycle setting.
